Your New Patient Consultation is structured around your specific health care needs and goals. Many of you have been searching for answers to your health issues for you or a loved one for a long time, perhaps even years. Please know that your experience with Dr. Siegel will be vastly different from what you've experienced at other healthcare facilities.
Not your average doctor's visit.
Dr. Siegel will truly listen to your health history and concerns. Dr. Siegel will work with you as a team to develop a strategy to stabilize and improve your health by addressing the cause of your health issues. He will do this through detoxification, appropriate testing, nutritional and therapy recommendations. Your care plan will offer key tools needed to bring about lasting change while offering the flexibility to address your unique circumstances. This is truly not a one-sized-fits-all approach. We welcome your loved ones to join you at this visit. Your home care team is an important part of your healing process.
what to expect
During your consultation, Dr. Siegel will discuss your health concerns and goals, review your current and past medical history, and evaluate any previous lab work or treatments. If he determines you're a candidate for treatment, he will order new lab testing—even if you've had recent labs—since most conventional tests for chronic conditions are often incomplete. This also helps him establish a personal baseline for your care. He’ll then review the treatment details and answer any questions you may have.
After the consultation, a member of our wellness team will provide the necessary lab kits or forms, and collect any associated fees. You'll also receive a clear overview of the treatment plan, including costs and available financing options, so you can make an informed decision before your next visit. Lab results typically take about 10 days, and your initial exam is usually scheduled two weeks after your consultation, depending on how quickly labs are completed.

After your consultation and before your initial exam, you will need to complete your blood work or lab tests as soon as possible, if applicable. During this time, you should also review the service and cost breakdown provided at your first visit. It's important to come to your initial exam (Visit 2) prepared to make a decision about how you would like to proceed with care. If you're considering financing, this is also the time to apply through Advance Care or any other applicable financing options.

At your initial exam and Report of Findings appointment, Dr. Siegel will conduct a Functional Toxicology exam to identify specific toxins affecting your health, as well as the organs and systems impacted. Common findings may include toxins such as radon, heavy metals, parasites, and infections—factors that can have serious health consequences and are often missed by conventional testing. He will review these findings in detail, along with any other lab results, providing insights that many patients find transformative to their health journey.
During this visit, Dr. Siegel will complete the Initial Toxicology exam and any other assessments previously discussed. He will review all lab and testing results, answer any questions you may have, and ask for your decision on how you’d like to move forward with care. To begin treatment without delay, it’s important that you arrive prepared to commit and have any necessary financing arrangements in place. Patients ready to move forward will leave with their first treatment the same day.
